went back to school for FYP today. hahas. still remembering when my team members and i said how easy it was for us to do our experiments cause wad we'll be doing will be just to test the effect of various health supplements on the probiotic. however, we realise tat it wasnt really easy cause we've restarted once for doing the standard curve before we can do the experient on the probiotics.
reasons why it's so hard to do:
1) probiotics = bacteria, and bacteria culturing are easily contaminated with just a slightest mistake.
2) bacteria culturing needs LOTS of time before we can see the results. when i say LOT, i mean it.
3) two teams are doing the project at the same time, and the equipments and facilities are very limited. so when one team gets greedy, the other team will lose out.
4) for one experiment tat we do, we have to do triplicate. -.- (triplicate = x3)
feel really good today during fyp session cause all the team members were able to make it for the project. normally one or two wun be able to make it cause of personal problems or work, but today everyone made time down to do the project today. had lotsa fun playing and fooling around too. (of cause not forgetting wad we are suppose to do) :D
