fyp today.! hahahs. today's independence day ah. rj me and andy did the experiment ourselves. suppose to do the standard growth curve for the bacteria Strepto. Cocas to double confirm that the growth curve are correct. to do so, we have to check the bacteria growth with the OD reading, dilution and spreading of bacteria on agar plate plus incubation. all these are done with 17hours to 21hours with 2hours interval in between. so for the spare time that we have...
